  Not absolutely dry, fruity, good acidity, fresh and crisp.

  Ripe fruit, sherbet, mandarins, lemon, honey, light diesel.
  Creamy, lemon cheesecake, fruit salad, good minerality, full, slightly bitter finish.

  Very mineral, spicy, gingery, diesel.
  Slightly disappointing, delicious at first, mineral, soft, then you notice a lack of acidity, it fades, it feels oily and lacking body.

  A complex but muted nose of honey and marmalade.
  Mineral with lemon cheesecake, very satisfying and quite elegant for a light wine.

  Refreshingly aromatic, lovely flowery nose with fruit and honey.
  Wonderful sweet honey fruit, good acidity but needs time to integrate, at the moment the sweetness is a little cloying.

  Starts with a vegetal nose, then you get minerality and some floral notes - but no fruit here.
  Fresh tasting, good balance, sweet but not fruity, mineral.

  A delicate nose, flowery, sweet (icing sugar), fresh, inviting.
  Although the taste starts with a sense of very sweet grapefruit the sweetness is beaufully counter-balanced by the acidity and minerality, a very good wine.
