    Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of lavender, dried herbs, briar patch and berries. Later some notes of boysenberry. Flavors of berries and cherries with a hint of bitters on the slightly clipped finish. Light to medium acidity, medium tannins, light to medium body. Drink over the short term, perhaps the medium term? Not quite as good as the previous bottle.

Medum to bright acidity, medium to firm tannins, medium body. Drink or hold. Unabashedly fruity wine, not that there's anything wrong with that. ;)
