Champagne & Sushi Birthday Party

Introduction
For Megan's birthday party, we picked up a platter of sushi and invited over a group of friends. Each were encouraged to bring a bottle of bubbly. We also grabbed white cheddar cheesey poofs, white cheddar popcorn, and Thai-spiced potato chips; a pretty good gamut of crunchy & fun champagne pairings.

Lots of fun with friends, awesome sushi, and good crunchy snacks too. I also performed my first sabering, with a large cleaver, off of the back deck. Great night

Nose of flint, rich white fruit, and a hint of florals. Great focus in the mouth based on minerals with supporting fruit. An idea of nectar and white fruit are met by great supporting acid and good length on the finish.

Very clean throughout, med bubbles, some florals hints and a mix of white fruits that includes tropical fruits. Good finish with nice length and balance. A very good bottle that is drinkable yet interesting if given pause to examine.
