Tasted at Tastevin 2010 AGM. Nice minerality on nose. Nice balance on palate but a bit short on finish. Overall quite a good wine, but I suspect that it would have been significantly better 2-3 years ago.

Tasted at Tastevin 2010 AGM. A bit difficult to judge. Initially a sherry nose suggesting that it was oxidized but with time this faded to reveal reasonable minerality. Reasonable structure a bit short on the finish. Overall not too bad a wine but I suspect that it is really on the edge and should be drunk over the short term.

Tasted at Tastevin 2010 AGM. Compared to previous bottle tasted this one was a slight improvement. There was still a hint of sherry on the nose but this time did have some minerality and a bit of fruit on the palate. Not great but drinkable. Given the two bottles consumed over the last month, The wine really seems to be on its last legs and I would strongly suggest drinking it very soon as I doubt that it will be drinkable for very much longer.

This wine demonstrates how fantastic a mature Meursault can be. Hard to imagine this one getting any better but I suspect that it will be drinking very well for several more years.
A remarkable wine. Incredibly complex nose with beautiful mineral notes. Wonderful concentration and balance on the palate with a remarkably long finish. Of the 14 wines tasted this was the best in my opinion by a significant margin. Of note one hour after opening some of the complexity was lost so I would recommend drinking this wine fairly quickly after opening. No signs of deterioration, but really can't imagine this wine getting any better than it already is.

Overall a pretty good wine with reasonable balance of minerality and fruit. Probably would have been better if drunk a few years early but still holding its own reasonably well. I would strongly suggest drinking over the next year as I think that it is likely fading.

A very nice wine. While this wine had a nice nose and reasonable balance. Compared to the 2001 and 2002 tasted at the same time this wine was not nearly as balanced and did not have the concentration of fruit or finish that the other Les Meix Chavaux's had. I also suspect that this wine will not last as long as the 2001 or 2002 so would recommend drinking soon.

A very nice wine. While this wine had a nice nose and reasonable balance.
