Beautiful pink in the glass. Nose of honeysuckle, plums, and fresh raspberries. Plums and white pepper come through on the palate. This was incredibly full bodied, perhaps more so than any other rose I've tried. Would love to have this alongside food, maybe some grilled tuna steaks.

Opened and let slow aerate in the fridge for about 6 hours. Showed rich, golden straw in the glass. The nose has some funky oxidized notes, as well as oak and lemon. On the palate the fruit has faded and it is a little too dominated by oak, but time in the glass helped balance this, and meyer lemon, as well as lemon peel and pith come through. Overall this is definitely on the way down, but it is still delicious.
Popped and poured. Deep ruby in the glass, with some cloudiness. Nose of red berries, stewed fruits, and that same port-like aroma. On the palate this was a little muted, but raspberries, slate, and chalky tannins were present. Absolutely beautiful, if a little more closed than my last bottle.
Italy, Veneto, Valpolicella, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico
Popped and poured. Inky purple, almost black in the glass with a nose of chocolate, sweet dark fruits, and leather. The palate is dominated by sweet, rich, berry fruit, allspice, and vanilla. This was a truly beautiful introduction to the style. Outstanding.
Pale pink in the glass, this had a nose of sweet and sour raspberry, as well as rosewater. On the palate this was gorgeous with raspberry, honey, lychee, and white cranberry dominating. Lovely dessert wine.
Shows dark amber, almost chocolate brown. Aromas of brown sugar, molasses, cloves, raisins, and prunes dominate, but are not overpowering. The palate shows more raisins with molasses and other dried fruits. This was rather one-dimensional, but that one dimension was absolutely delicious. The finish is super long.
