    Flowery nose, not overwhelmingly grapey, quite sophisticated and delicate.
    Very dry but fruity, clean and refreshing, good aperitif.

    The nose is quite sharp, crisp apples, very fragrant, flowers.
    Very dry, crisp, some minerality, not oily, quite smooth, very long.

    France, Alsace, Alsace Grand Cru

    Slightly sweet nose, ripe fruit (apricots), mineral and very complex.
    Quite dry but with honey notes rather than fruit, petrol, quite austere, needs time still, very long.

    Development on the nose with fragrant flowery aromas, elements of sweetness, complex - a lovely nose.
    Sweet attack but bitter in the mid palate, very complex combination of fruit and vegetable flavours.
