Rich, full bodied CDR. Low on acid, a little fat.

Liquid black pepper on awesome aromatics. Lean and mean on the palate. Maybe a little green. Tannic. Good, but give it some time? 87-88

Meaty, savory, black pepper all on the nose. Medium bodied. A little more savory then the Croze, but still pretty lean.

8/25/10: Retried a bottle a couple days later in a more controlled setting. Liquid black pepper on the nose. Savory. Medium bodied. Delicious stuff. 91-93
8/23/10: Savory, rich. Black pepper. This is quite delicious. 92-94
