Very impressive for the low price. A white peach and apple nose with some great floral notes. The palette is full of very concentrated fruits; peach apricot and apple.
An interesting menthol nose - like you'd expect from an Aussie cabernet, with nice chocolate and liquorice elements. The palette is rich and sweet with a nice acid balance a delicate tannin finish.
While not delivering quite the value of the La Tota, this is still very impressive. Massive dark chocolate and cherry ripe on the nose. The palette is big and intense with dark cherry and rich red and dark fruits. the acidity is off the scale, but the big tannins and the sweet fruit bring it all back in line. Very tidy.
