Introduction
After a guided tour of the winemaking processes and a wander into the vineyard with Yves Gassmann, a priest who comes to help with the family harvest, we were treated to the generosity of Madame Marie-Therèse Rolly-Gassmann. We tasted 27 wines and she insisted on including ALL their most expensive wines going back to 1989.
As always a visit to Rolly Gassmann is unforgettable.
