Good yeasty nose with a soft mousse. Sweet fruit on the palate, rich, ripe and bready. Great acidity and a touch of desert apple.

White flower nose, crisp, fresh, light, mineral with a touch of white pepper.
Diesel on the nose but hard to find the fruit. Crisp, dry, wet stone, green apple with good concentration. Grapefruit finish. Long.
Two notes for this?Ripe limes, light but with good balance of fruit and acidity with the lime lingering long.Rubber and lime rind on the nose, more minerality. Again strong lime theme but softer yet more concentrated and longer.
Darkening in colour (others were very pale). Rich limey nose, good minerality moving to a mushroom like palate.
Grapey, sharpness and minerality on the nose, good acid balance in the mouth. Nicely balanced.
White pepper on the nose. Rich with good balance and nice acidity. Great Pinot Gris.
Very complex nose with Turkish Delight and Roses. Smooth, mellow, balanced and long on the palate. Herby finish.
Rich, apricot, touch of sweat and pineapple. Long, rich – marvellous.
