As with many bottles tasted from this producer the standard is consistent and fino As is fino does. Almost salty and sea breezy oyster shells coming thru with dried soy saucy nuances. Dry clean and a bit oilynon textural.

Disappointing bottle with oxidative reductiveness. Lots of ripe yellow fruits buttery oak. Didn't age well. But some wet mushroomyness like cream of mushroom campbells.
Much more complex and complete than the other one tasted. Almost cognac whisky like With dry roasted nuts, toffee and salty caramel. Big wine on the alc but considerably balanced still.
Pretty decent bord. Very tannic vintage and this pomerol shows hard structure despite Being a pomerol. Feels like a left bank or figeac like. Dried herbs and dried leaves , good depth of fruit and long lasting tannin structure. A bit austere.
Italian no doubt and only Italy can make such wines. A lil chianti like with sangio cherries but also a bit Barolo barbersco tarriness a dried leatheriness. Unique. Interesting wine from a rarer region but done quite well.

Once again this is always a delight to drink. And realized this needs to be drunk as fresh as possible. Good stuff cannot bluff. This also mixes well with sour plum juice!
