    Nice salmon color.
    Nose of strawberry, rhubarb, herb, and minerality.
    Palate of strawberry, pomegranate, savory herbs, and some minerality at the tail.
    Decent, clean rose.

    Pale straw color.
    Nose of lemon, grapefruit, herbs, and minerality.
    Palate of citrus, white grapefruit, stone minerality, salt at the tail.
    Average finish, decent mouthfeel, very clean.

    Blend of 69% Chard, 31% Sauv Blanc.
    Nice darker light gold color.
    Nose of lemon, cream, herb, and minerality.
    Palate of citrus, cream a little minerality, and herb at the tail.
    Above average finish, with a good mouthfeel.

    Nice pale gold color.
    Nose of light citrus, lots of chalk minerality.
    Palate of pineapple, citrus, chalk minerality, with a little herb.
    Really nice food wine that cleanses the palate, good acidity.

    Nose of pineapple, lemon, cream, and a little herb.
    Palate of pineapple, lemon, dense cream, with a little herb.
    Really dense lush mouthfeel with an above average length finish.

    Nose of black fruit, cherry, mint, cedar, little spice.
    Palate of black cherry, spice, little underbrush, pencil, and tannin present on the back end.
    Really good mouthfeel, above average to long finish, needs time to develop more complexity.

    Nice dark red to light purple color.
    Nose of black currant, cherry, cranberry sauce, good green pepper, with little pencil.
    Palate of black cherry jam, spice, green pepper, little minerality.
    Really good complexity, and focused mouthfeel, but the finish was below average which was disappointing.
    Possibly WOTN.

    Nice medium to dark gold in color.
    Nose of dried orange, honey, funky zest.
    Palate of orange, honey, ginger, funk, little smoke.
    Really good mouthfeel, long finish, was nice and complex now, but would probably gain more with more time, not cloying.
    Probably the WOTN.

    Nice pale straw color.
    Nose of pungent appricot, honeysuckle, vanilla, and herb.
    Palate of appricot, honeysuckle, and good minerality.
    Really good mouthfeel, above average to long finish, needs time to develop more complexity, but is very clean for a desert wine.
