A big opening nose of honey, flowers and some rich tropical fruits. The palette has a searing intensity with delicate fruit that still holds it's own alongside the massive acidity and a perfect balance of sugars.
This is still very closed but even over 10 minutes with lots of glass warming and swirling, baked apples and tropical fruits emerged. The palette is a complex fruit blend with a fantastic acid backbone and elegant sugars. This really is very special. Out of my price range though.

A nose of very very ripe nectarines and white peaches with an overall quite earthy bouquet. Quite high acidity with some good balancing sugars.
