This is a monthly dinner put on by this small restarurant with a superb menu and its BYOB. Great value and a blast every month for the distinctive and different foods. We had 6 and brought wines that went well with all of the food.
Thai curry lobster bisque, summac caramel corn, egglplant & thai basil-crab ravioli.
Scallop salad, salt baked winter beets, pistachio-cucumber vinaigrette, warm mango butter, crispy fennel
Wagyu beef, duck confit, smoked burgundy reduction, fines herbed yukon potatoes anna, maitake duxelle, huckleberry fritter.
Pulled pork, scallion sabayon, white chocolate barbeque.
Savory & sweet exploratuer cheescake bite, preserved strawberry couis, malted crisps, crystalized spearmint.
Caramelized brioche, pumpkin caramel, pecan pudding, candied lemon, thyme & vanilla.

Golden amber color, didn't know what to expect, aged well, delightful flavor and distinctive taste that lasted on the palate. Still strong one hour later.
