Gorgeous perfume of lead pencil, minerals, flowers, and black currants. Thick and dark. Tannins still quite raw. Is it worth the crazy price tag? Of course not. But it's the most impressive 1995 bordeaux I've tasted so far. As my wine merchant friend commented "you just can't beat its terroir".
