  Spain, Cava

  A: Med+ Intensity, Youthful
  Rich Apple, Lime
  T: Dry/Off Dry, Med+ Acid, Med Body, med intensity, med+ finish
  Ripe 'sweet' apple, more lime
  
  Conc: Very good for me being a non cava fan this I did enjoy, Bubbly with Spanish Sunshine

• NV Pierre Péters Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Cuvée de Réserve 90 Points

  France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru

  A: Med+ Intensity, Developing
  Full on Autolytic Going on, Cream Cheese, Brioche yum!
  
  T: Dry, high acid, med- body, med + intensity, med+ finish
  Has tropical fruit, Pineapple but a highly acidic pineapple
  
  conc: great acid, and yet tropical notes pretty cool. for comparison Jose Dhondt BdB I think is a notch better then this

  Petrol<?> minimal
  T: Dry, Med+ acid, med body, med finish, med intensity
  Ripe Apple Juice think Golden Delicious.
  
  Conc: This paired with cheese and other foods really shined, by itself wasn't blown away from with food needs food. Pinot Noir/Pinot Meunier based sparkling

  med- Ruby, slight garnet in there
  A: med intensity, youthfuk
  Milky/Potato on initial attack, warm red fruit, savoury/umami, soapy floral notes lavender
  T: dry, med+ acid, med body, med intensity, med tannin, med+ finish
  Ripe Red fruit, spice, some sour cherry too
  
  conc: think the warmth of 2005 shows here, wouldn't call this a classic nebbiolo I mean among the 6 of us we didnt really see it being a Barolo

  Conc: Slowly started to open up, I think this needs a decant for sure for at least an hour. Been liking 06 Tuscany's tho I didnt find this to be what the other 06s I have had this still gets thumbs up

  Conc: A very nice freshness to this , my style of wine, more red fruit then dark fruit very nice
