My wife and I have very little experience with Cote de Beaune whites and even less with any age on them, so this was educational. We picked up a lot of toasty wood on the first two Moreys, but Rebecca didn't seem to think they were oaky, so take my notes for what their worth.

Rich nose, toasty cedar. More wood on the palate, along with white flowers, lemony acidity and lemon pith. Not much fruit showing through at this point.

Bright fruity, floral nose with a bit of coconut. Toasty wood and subtle tropical fruit on the palate. Tasty, but showing a bit too much oak for my palate.

Pretty pineapple nose. Bright citrus fruit on the palate, great acidity and a touch of wood. Outstanding balance of components. Delicious.

Mineral nose with a bit of lemon. Light to medium body, lemon and lime spritzed over river rocks. Great acidity.
