the nose is soft and floral. not too sweet on the palate. zesty, creamy and full of pears.

nose shows plums, currants, and some earthy, tobacco leaf aroma. grippy tannins, some high oak. a bit of alcohol. i guessed this blind as a chilean caremenere.

nose showed a bit of alcohol. some figs and magic marker. the palate has low acid, lots of oak and blue fruit. totally guessed this as a spanish tempranillo when tasting it blind. pleasant but lacks enough balance to make it more interesting.

nose shows ripe flowers. the palate is creamy with apricot and sweet pears. similar to the 08 in its style and simple pleasantness.

lime and lemon peels on the nose. the nice lemony spritz on the palate is attractie. there's a bit of bite to it as well.

the nose is really attractive. some hazelut, apricot, white peach and toast. it's like a pinot gris mixed with california chardonnay? i really like the nose. the palate is plump, but sweet with white peach, apricots and gummy bears. minerals come out on the finish to keep it fresh.

nose of lychee. there's also a bit of pepperoni, which is really interesting. also some white pepper. the nose is really unique. the palate is spicy, but also some cream and lychee. really open and fresh.

lime, lemon zest and honeydew melon on the palate fat, plump fruit on the palate, but there's also a great amounct of slate and lime, especially on the finish.

this is a big but elegant wine that would please a lot of palates. the nose gushes with smoky currants, dust and a hint of olive. the palate is plush, rich but also silky. some black cherries, raspberies and toast. lush finish. yummy stuff for sure, but also a lot of density and complexity to make it interesting.

nose of ripre, lush fruit with fresh jam. thte palate is full of grippy, mouth-coating tannins. some hints of meat among the ripe raspberries, currants and leather. long, finish with some tannic grit, but something that will smooth out with time. a really gorgeous, fruit-forward ribera.
