Introduction
Though it was late, I arrived at 22:30 to Wine-Depot, since earlier I attended my first session of the Advanced Tasting Course.
Ronen & Ohad kept for a me 6 glasses, of of each wine - so that I could enjoy and appreciate this tasting.

Amphora produces quite good wines and the Unica is indeed a modern new-world excellent wine
