Introduction
Alle porte della nuova stagione primaverile Go Wine presenta l’edizione 2011 della guida “CANTINE D’ITALIA” con un grande evento in programma per giovedì 31 marzo p.v. nel complesso del Devero Hotel di Cavenago Brianza (www.deverohotel.it).
Il volume giunge nel all’ottava edizione e racconta il territorio, le vigne e gli interpreti del vino italiano attraverso una selezione di 650 cantine rappresentando così un preciso riferimento per l’enoturista italiano.
All’evento saranno consegnati i diplomi dell’”Impronta Go Wine” a più di 200 cantine. Saranno inoltre assegnati quest’anno dei Premi Speciali tra Resort e Tavole aziendali d’eccellenza, vini “storici” e “autoctoni”, EnoArchitetture e Musei del Vino.
Ospite d’eccezione, accanto allo chef stellato Enrico Bartolini (che opera nel ristorante dell’hotel), sarà quest’anno Allan Bay, noto gastronomo e saggista, che presenterà con gli autori la Guida.
A fine presentazione si aprirà il banco d’assaggio, con l’imperdibile degustazione degli oltre 200 vini “top”, provenienti da ogni parte d’Italia, delle aziende premiate con l’”Impronta Go Wine”.
Programma:
ore 17,30: presentazione della Guida e assegnazione dei Premi Speciali
ore 18,30-22: degustazione in esclusiva dei Vini Top di tutte le Cantine dell’Impronta Go Wine, aperta a giornalisti, operatori ed enoappassionati.
