In the mouth, there is plenty of acidity and minerality, with tastes of lime citrus that evolve to white grapefruit as it warms. For me, this was excellent when served cold, but not nearly so good as it neared room temperature. The short finish featured grapefruit and lingering lime.

Tastes of white peach and apple fill the mouth for this off-dry and effervescent wine. The wine has peach and apple on a short finish. A very flamboyant wine, but not much complexity.

The finish is short to medium with green apple. Overall, this wine doesn't grab me, it's a combination and style that I will always find to be something that I find unattractive.

Pale yellow and light bodied, the Umani Ronchi Verdicchio has a nose that commands attention. Featuring scents of fresh mulch, wild ferment yeast and herbal scents (basil or mint). In the mouth, powerful tastes of lemon and lemon pith, followed by more of the same on the medium finish. Somewhat off-setting at first, but improves quite a bit as it warms in the glass. Some may find the nose to be quite unappealing.
The Heidi Schrock Muscat is pale yellow with a medium body. The nose has cantaloupe and hints of pepper. Good acidity in the mouth, with tastes of lime citrus. The wine finishes with citrus and some pepper. This is solid, not a lot of complexity, but very enjoyable.
