2008 J.M. Boillot Pommard 1er Cru Les Jarollières 91 Points

Dark color
We wool nose, some barnyard aromas, some wintergreen. I lvoe this nose but other patrons disliked it, thought it "skunky" which is a good descriptor.
Sweeter fruit than others tasted, pepper, very little oak, thin body.

2008 Domaine Chandon de Briailles Corton-Bressandes 91 Points

Violet flowers and perfume nose, some tar and cut grass aromas.
Fruity, oak flavors, beautiful, complex.
