Elegant red fruited nose, I could sniff this all day. Light bodied with a wonderfully silky texture. Pretty strawberry and red cherry fruit buoyed by medium acidity. Wonderful balance and length.
Damp earth and black cherries on the nose, some baking spice. Medium bodied with depth and dry extract. Lovely black cherry fruit and a splash of beef broth. Really delicious and quite the contrast with the Volnay, but I couldn't pick a favorite.

Lovely sweet cherry nose. Light to medium bodied, tart cherry fruit, vibrant acidity, no sins of '03 here. Not complex but delicious.

Reticent nose, bramble and flowers. Tight, not much fruit, hints of some hiding behind sous bois and tannins. Depth is there but this needs time.
