The Saturdays at One group got together this past Friday evening for some Argentinian Empanadas and a mixed bag of wines. Here are the results:

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny and steady beading. Nose of spice, yellow pears, yellow apples and a bit of yeast. Flavors of yellow pears, yellow apples, a bit of lemon and a hint of cream. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. No rush.

Medium acidity, medium tannins, medium body. Drink now with some or perhaps hold a year or two before trying again.
