Full of powdered stone. Definitely not too fat. Nice texture, especially for an AC wine. Lovely.

More citrus and higher acidity than the Dauvissat, but overall, less to like here and more screechy feel in the mouth.
Real swampy, tide pool aromas that are somehow impure. Short and insubstantial in the mouth.
Citrus and saline tones. Lots of stone and salty grip-very Chablis. Excellent intensity for relatively light weight.
Interesting but not particularly typical smoke and pear nose. Toasty, loose and dilute. Little to recommend this wine.
Lemon and hazelnut. Iodine notes, dry and uncompromising. Lighter weight. Good for village Chablis but the '09 Dauvissat seemed more complete.
