    Artificial yellow colour. Little lactic (a defect?) Where is the mineral factor here? Bread nose, why? Few lemony, less freshness, acidic wine on the palate. Tangerine in the mouth. For the Canadians, thanks. Just kidding.

    Color amarillo artificial. Un poco láctico (¿Un defecto?) ¿Dónde está la mineralidad? Nariz a pan, ¿Por qué? Poco alimonado, menos frescor, vino ácido en boca. Mandarina. Para los canadienses, gracias.

    Pale yellow colour. Quite delicious nose! Apricots and honey. Incredible for a young 09. Salty, metallic perhaps but clearly mineral. Obviously needs air then a buttery wine. It is opulent on the palate. Quite acidic aftertaste. Loved it! My outsider.

    Color amarillo pálido. Bien delicioso en nariz. Albaricoques y miel. Increible para un joven 09. Saladito, metálico quizás pero claramente mineral. Obviamente necesita aire, entonces es un vino amantequillado. Opulento en boca. Bastante ácido postgusto. ¡Me encantó! Mi inesperado.

    Profound yellow colour. Perfumed nose: all flowers with peaches, apricots, white pears, all bone fruit. Really potent. Sexy. Pretty closed but with some air this is a delicious bottle. A tasty and salty aftertaste. Different as ever. My wine of the nite.

    Color amarillo profundo. Nariz perfumada: mil flores con melocotones, albaricoques, peras blancas, todo la fruta de hueso. Realmente potente. Atrayente. Bastante cerrada pero conj algo de aire es una botella deliciosa. Un sabroso y salado postgusto. Diferente como nunca. Mi elección.

Flight 4 - A.C. Chablis, GC Le Clos, Louis Michel 06 (1 Note)

    Pale yellow. Little cheesie at first. Reduced nose indeed. Dusty but with some air shows some mineral, lemon or peaches. In any case to few to mention cause that reduced nose. Gliceric mouthfeel. Best thing is that bitterness aftertaste but is this so good? Probably too young to be drunk.

    Amarillo pálido. Un poco a quesito al principio. Polvoriento pero con aire muestra algo de minerales, limón o melocotón. En cualquier caso muy poco para ser destacado por esa nariz reducida. Sensación en boca glicérica. Lo mejor es esa sensación amarga en el postgusto pero, ¿es eso bueno? Probablemente demasiado joven para ser bebido.

    Ultrapale colour. Sharped on the palate, more metallic on the nose. Some mineral. Rather lean. Tobacco? Acidic but with a low personality according with my personal taste. Too young maybe. People´s choice.

    Color ultrapálido. Sostenido en boca, más metálico en nariz. Algo de mineral. Bastante poco. ¿Tabaco? Áciso pero con poca personalidad de acuerdo con mi gusto. Demasiado joven quizá. El favorito de la gente.

Flight 6 - A.C. Chablis, GC Les Preuses, Dauvissat 00 (1 Note)

    Mature gold colour. Wet wool nose. Lovely. Some reduction. That unfermented cheese kind of wine. A curiosity from a half bottle. With air a tropical nose was showed with caramel, honey and mushroom aromas. Respect and devotion to the elders like this.

    Color oro maduro. Nariz a lana mojada. Rico. Algo reducido. Esa clase de vino con queso sin fermentar. Una curiosidad procedente de una media botella. Con aire una nariz tropical se asomó, con aromas a caramelo, miel y hongos. Respeto y devoción por ancianos como este.

I really enjoyed them, specially Dauvissat and Ravenau.
