Mid salmon pink. Delicate, quite fresh nose, light red fruit. Very soft , smooth and rounded on the atatck and through to the mid-palate. Delicate, smooth, harmonious. Very pretty. Decent length. Lovely but not particularly serious. ***1/2

Mid to full straw, bright green tints. Nose quite buttery and full, touch of spearmint and a minerally freshness. Reasonable weight on the palate, mineral, some richness, comes across as midway between Cote d'or and GC Chablis. Weighted towards the front of the palate rather than the backend, mid-palate doesn't quite show the persistance that the initial impression might lead one to expect. Decent finish though. Moderately advanced. ****

Mid ruby to full garnet. Slightly translucent rather than transparent Softly velvety, minerally, mushroomy nose. Some sous-bois and signs of development. Palate velvety smooth. Beautifully integrated and harmonious. Almost too smooth - a wine to convert Burgundy sceptics without being de trop. Long. Lovely and comforting. ****1/2
Half. Deep bronze/amber in colour. Lovely rich nose. All barley sugar, dried orange and a touch of caramel and honeycomb. Less obviously sweet on the palate. Lovely texture, nicely viscous, reasonable length, balancing acidity. an easy drink rather than showing great mid-palate complexity and development, but perfectly good for that. ***
