Introduction
This was actually a tasting of six producers from Sicily, sponsored by Xwine, but I am reporting about one of the producers, Marco De Bartoli, separately, as that producer's wines, especially the artisanal Marsalas, are in a class by themselves and deserve special focus. The rest of the producers in the tasting were Alcesti, Bianchi, Fina, Intorcia and Pupillo.
