    Lovely pale pink color with tiny bubbles; appealing, light strawberry, raspberry nose; delicious, poised, elegant, light tart strawberry, golden raspberry, mineral palate with light mousse; medium-plus finish (one of the best cavas I've ever tried, and I'm already a big fan of this producer)
