This was a nice event. The entrees included salmon in puff pastry, seared tuna loin, and chicken souvlaki. The wines all paired very well. The Vin de Crete complimented the salmon very well, much like an Oregon Pinot. The tuna was paired with LayerCake Shiraz, this unusual pairing worked very well. The chicken was paired with Sauvignon Blanc, a classic paire. The food was top notch and the wines all showed very well.
