Introduction
Day 3 in the mountains of Colorado was a day of much needed relaxation. Everybody spent the entire day relaxing around the cabin, walking the grounds and looking at stars and planets through the telescope. We also had the opportunity to play with our new found friend "Rib Cap", a very friendly hunting dog from a neighboring property. This afforded us the opportunity to taste our way through quite a few more wines over a very leisurely 10-11 hours. Here are the results:
