Rare Fino: Very special casks - that exhibit the classic Fino characteristics - are handpicked by the Cellarmaster and bottled in limited quantities of 1.500 bottles twice a year. Rare Fino is a unique and traditional Fino Sherry, with a golden colour, complex, full aromas and intense flavours derived from ageing under "flor". Serve chilled as a white wine, on its own or as a match to smoked fish

Royal Esmeralda V.O.S.: It is a dry Amontillado, drawn from the Solera 1894. A superb example of one of the most striking Sherry styles. It has a dark amber colour with golden shades, and a complex nose, where the punqeni notes of the oriqinal fino wines were gradually softened over the years, creating a deeper, more fragrant wine. On the palate it is clean and Jull, dry yet very smooth and light. International Dry Fortified Wine Trophy over 10 £ by the Decanter World Wine Awards 2008

Royal Corregidor V.O.S.: It is a traditional Oloroso, drawn from one of the most famous soleras of this type of wines. It has an appealing mahogany colour and a deep, complex aroma, where the intense raisin notes of the Pedro Ximenez sweet wines combine with the smoothness typical of the very old Olorosos. It is extraordinarly rich to the palate, velvety in the mouth and has an extremely long aftertaste where all its aromatic complexity comes back, in innuendoes that involve all the senses. Best Sweet Sherry by the New Wave Spanish Wine Awards 2008

Royal Ambrosante V.O.S.: It is a rare, pure Pedro Ximenez. Its dark, opaque mahogany colour, and deep raisin aromas speak about its long ageing and the traditionally sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes. It is both smooth and sweet in the mouth, and yet full and vigorous. Balanced to perfection, its apparent density advances a most pleasing, complex and very long aftertaste.

Capa Negra: Solera Reserva Brandy. Only the purest alcohols distilled from wines are chosen for this superb Brandy, to be blended with very old Gran Reservas from Sandeman's reputed soleras.

Capa Real: Solera Gran Reserva. Derived from a careful selection of the wines that guarantee a most fine Brandy, smoothed by the long maturation in oak casks. lts long ageing with the traditional "criaderas and soleras" system gives this brandy a superbous bouquet and a soft taste.
