Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of sea breeze, lime and soaked pears. Flavors of tangy yellow pears, apples and lemon. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.

Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of a hint of toast, sea breeze, yellow pears and a touch of hazelnuts. Flavors of sherry, soaked pears, lemon and minerals. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.

Garnet to perhaps dark garnet color in the glass, fairly clear looking throughout. Nose of a little barnyard followed by thatch, a hint of smoke, berries and tar. Flavors of solid berries, a bit of cherries, light notes of minerals and a bit of pepper. Medium to tart acidity, medium to firm tannins, full bodied. Drink anytime.
