from magnum. surprisingly deep golden colour. decent nose but perhaps overly toasty and oaky. reminded me of an old walter hansel chardonnay. acidic and short finish.
from double magnum. a little disappointed that it wasn't as explosive and powerful as expected. good but not great.
still primary. notes of lead pencil, oak with hint of vanilla. should improve with age.
deep golden yellow. super ripe.
