A lavender and lime zest nose with textural and zingy palette elements and a mineral finish.
The standout wine of the tasting, with a nose of citrus blossom and lime leaf and a great sugar/acid balance on the palette.
A dusty, earthy nose with red cherries and Asian spices. The palette has a good fruit profile and tannin profile, but is a bit thin.
Coffee beans, violets and plums on the nose with a fruit driven palette that is spicy with a cigar box edge and a nice acid/tannin balance.
A nose of fresh red berries with pepper and vanillin and a spicy, balanced palette with firm tannin structure.
Predominantly prunes and stewed plums on the nose laced with cake spices and a palette of sour fruits balanced with good tannin structure and interesting spicy green fruit stalks.
