Roasted almonds and apple on the nose, with cooked pears and spice in the middle, and some flowers at the end. Rich and toasty on the palate, with good apple and spice on the mid-palate, and a nice floral finish,

Pastry and pear on the nose, along with ginger and minerals, and a good floral finish. Lots of yeast and ginger on the palate, with nice pear and stone flavors in the middle, and some flowers on the finish.
