This is a beauty. I really love this wine. My overall winner of the blind tasting and overall number two for the entire crowd (#1 was Kongsgaaard Cabernet). Beautiful tea blend, chamomile, nice sweetness, velvet in the palate. Awesome Bordeaux!
Overall winner of the blind tasting. Chestnut puree, butter, sweet, a bit edgy in the palate but very good overall. Great wine but a bit on the pricey side.
Cheese on the nose, a bit of soy sauce, very very powerful in the palate. This was not corked and it did not seem like it was a bottle mistake (as we had two bottles). Weird at this stage and I wouldn't buy this. Lowest overall score
Most backward Bordeaux of the tasting, edgy and rough in the palate unharmonic acidity. This needs time but it's surprising given how the other 2005 bordeaux are doing... potentially a good sign though?

Licorice, fat and round, blueberries, blackcurrant, tons of vanilla, very "modern"/parkerish style of wine. I like it...
