    France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Nuits-Saint-Georges

    Little touched by earth but onedimensional and medicinal so it is not so much natural as they pretend. Pale colour. Nothing complex. Any animal fur? Quite simple also on the palate. Tannic but it is not agressive. Little crude and with time this wine was dead.

    Ligeramente tocado por la tierra pero unidimensional y medicinal así que no tan natural como pretenden. Color pálido. Nada compleja. ¿Algo de pelo de animal? También muy simple en boca. Tánico pero no agresivo. Un poco crudo pero con el tiempo este vino estaba muerto.

    Profound dark colour. Fresh minty nose with violets, artificial glue, ... disliked it. Few Burgundian character here. Crude mouthfeel. Quite acidic. An infanticide? Could be. Some pastry shop when finishing.

    Color oscuro profundo. Nariz fresca amentolada con violetas, pegamento artificial... no me gustó. Muy poco del carácter borgoñón aquí. Sensación en boca cruda. Bien ácido. ¿Un infanticidio? Podría ser. Algo de pastelería al finalizar.

    When we were young...First punch on the nose pure petrol. For the secondaries, lovely animal, candies smells, pure NSG. Look foraward. This will be a great one, possibly. Elegant mouthfeel. Perfect. Let it breath for a little time. Gonna be an inmense reward for sure. At this point, my sort of NSG. Comparing with Faiveley, are you till a terroir believer? Better believe in producer.

    Jovencita....primer golpe en nariz a puro petróleo. En los secundarios olores ricos a animal, dulces, puro NSG. Mira más allá. Va a ser uno grande, posiblemente. Sensación en boca elegante. Perfecto. Déjalo respirar un poco. Hay una inmensa recompensa seguro. En este momento, el NSG que me gusta. Comparándolo con Faiveley,¿todavía eres un creyente en el terroir? Mejor si lo eres en el productor.

    What a nose! How can I show more devotion for this underrated vintage? What a potential! Reduced nose at first but opening very quickly to roses and cherries. Medium to full bodied on the palate but softie, classic. Truly an outsider. My personal choice.

    ¡Menuda nariz! ¿Cómo puedo mostrar más devoción por una añada minusvalorada? ¡Qué potencial! Nariz reducida al principio pero abriéndose rápidamente hacia rosas y cerezas. En boca de cuerpo medio a pleno pero suave, clásico. Verdaderamente uno poco esperado. Mi elección.

    Perfectly ready despite the vintage or maybe cause that vintage. Memories of Barolo. So funny. Veggie-Veggie. So much Gouges, so singular. Coal on the nose and fags on the palate. Herbal all the way. It is not my style. How much have I to wait for my6 2001 Perrieres?

    Perfectamente preparado a pesar de la añada o puede que por esa añada. Recuerdos a Barlo, qué divertido. Vegetal-vegetal. Muy Gouges, muy singular. En nariz carbón y mariquitas en boca. Todo el rato herbal. No es mi estilo. ¿Cuánto tengo que esperar patra mi Perrieres del 2001?
