Dinner at Noma **

Dinner in the "staff room" at Noma - effectively the private dining room. We were a group of 11 and we had the wine pairing with the tasting menu. I was not impressed with the food and with some exceptions the wines were quite mediocre. I would not feel comfortable serving this line-up at a dinner party at home.   Off-dry, touch of honey, structurally weak (a common problem in 2006), short. Nice at best. 70 gr RS, 8 gr acidity.
