An uncompromising expression of its terroir, intense, taut, very light mousse, great drive and length, a bit salty on the finish. Excellent if perhaps less complex than some but very focused and precise. Now - 2017 (at least).

Modern, hint of oak, pepperiness from the Syrah, soft and approachable, hint of chocolate, sweet fruit, flowery touch, nice tannins, freshness, good length, give it another year.

Amazing. Like biting into a ripe peach - the aroma, the flavour, the fleshy mouthfeel. Sweet, rich and elegant, hint of apricot bitters and marzipan, wonderfully rich and moreish but not heavy or cloying, long. Very young and primary now but will obtain great complexity with time. Michael Broadbent seems to like it too (Decanter January 2012, p. 17).
Delicious black fruits, liquorous, extracted, adequate acidity, fragrant and elegant on the finish with much lighter flavours - cold tea even. Very long.
