Bright pink color. Wild strawberry, high toned, floral aromatics. Medium weight, tangy fruit with lively acidity, dry finish. Very interesting, but at the same time, pretty exotic. I'm not sure I'd want to drink this with food.
Pale salmon. Subtle nose of melon rind (like a Provencale rose). Medium weight, lively, some perceptible dosage. Again, like the Brut, typical Pinot in the mouth. Serious, dry finish.

Baked apple and yeast. Medium weight. Low dosage, a bit of toast at the end. Very good.
