Very well organized self-tasting area setup to showcase wines and wine producers. Enomatic system used for self-dispensing and smart-card for tracking user data. More than 100 wines offered. Visited Taste Italy with the O's. Separated into white and red flights.

Tasted a variety of whites - no specific region or varietal in focus.
