Introduction
Follow-up visit from last year. Very well organized self-tasting area setup to showcase wines and wine producers. Enomatic system used for self-dispensing and smart-card for tracking user data. More than 100 wines offered. Separated into sparkling, white, rose, and red flights.

The sparkling wines are poured by sommeliers - very nice selection. Impossible to taste them all...
Flight 2 - White wines (6 Notes)
Tasted a variety of whites - no specific region or varietal in focus.
