• 1982 Château Latour Grand Vin 97 Points

  France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Pauillac

  Wine Club #13: Barnyard with truffle. A good dose of red fruit and hints of blueberry. Nose 20/20. Good power in the mouth but didn't deliver to the level of the nose, still a phenomenal experience 18-18.5/20. Overall: 19+/20

  Wine Club #13: Still a baby. Highly aromatic nose full of fruit, vanilla and earth. A little hot on the nose. Wild in the mouth with power, punch and a sense of roughness. Pepper on the finish. Demands food. Can age for another 2 decades.
