Pretty nose of red cherries, baking spice and a bit of earth. Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. Tart cherry, warm baking spice, moderate tannins. A tad rustic at this stage but really nice, with great acidity.

Some brett on the nose to start which blew off to reveal sweet black cherry and cinnamon red hots. Medium bodied with low to medium acidity. Juicy black cherry fruit on the palate, light tannins. Nice, but a bit round and one-dimensional.
Bretty nose that didn't blow off, hint of black cherry. Medium bodied with low to medium acidity. Black cherry, bit of brett on the palate too, hollow midpalate, short finish. Not as bad as it sounds, but showed poorly in comparison to the Chandon de Briailles.

Gorgeous nose of red cherry and raspberry, subtle baking spice. Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. Mix of tart and ripe cherry and cranberry fruit. Some baking spice. Still a bit tight, with noticeable tannins, but great depth of material here. Tremendous upside potential.
