beautiful after half an hour in decanter. round and sweet with notes of honey and baked spongecake!
decanted for 2 hours. initially I preferred this to the Baron as it was more expressive and charming. but as the Baron got better this got weaker with its green pepper notes getting a bit overwhelming.
decanted for 2 hours. intense, powerful aromas of cassis, black currants and espresso. still youthful. will no doubt improve given a few more years.
