Blind Bubblies Dinner

Every year I organize an Under-$80 Blind Bubbly Dinner at the end of the year so we can go out and stock up for the holidays. Doing it blind reduces label bias, of course, and often leads to some interesting surprises. We go back and forth to watch the wines develop with air (with better bubblies this helps tremendously), and we usually end up finding some cool things as people try fooling each other.

At the end of the day, it's a tremendously fun yearly event that's becoming quite popular.
