8 persons gathered to enjoy quality mature Israeli wine:
Dov & Tamar, Dina, Arik, Ofer K, Boris & Alexander ,myself.
Boris bought an oxidized 2004 Yarden Syrah Ortal, so we used the 2004 Yarden Merlot Ortal that I brought as spare bottle.
Good company, tasty meat, enjoyable wine - a pleasant evening.
