Medium(-) lemon, very persisitent mm-scale,bubbles, very lively. Medium(-) developed nose of yeast, lemon, nougat/almonds and green apple. Dry, high acidity, medium(-) alcohol and body, medium flavours of lemon zest, raspberries, green apple and toasted bread. Lovely delicate mousse, lightly-woven, good balance, medium(+) length and refreshing acidity in finish. A decent aperitif.

Medium(+) flavours of ripe apples, grapefruit, gooseberries, "more fruityness than herbaceousness". Well balanced and more complexity and structure than expected, intriguing. Medium(+) length with fresh pleasant finish.
Deep ruby-purple, almost opaque, slow moving tears. Medium developing aromas of black fruits, spice, oak, leather and tobacco. Dry, medium acidity, medium(+) soft ripe tannins, medium body and alcohol. Medium flavours of black fruits, brambles, black berries, black pepper, complex palate. Medium length though and strikes me as a bit unbalanced, the medium acidity and structure do not support the flavour palate. Would like to try it in 3-5 years just to see how it develops.
