Nearly transparent. A real stinker on the nose. Vibrant acidity with tart cherry. Almost Burgundian on the first glass, then the black tea and Garrigue emerge. Lots of cinnamon.
Lots of chocolate and blackberry on the nose. Add cassis and a little medicinal cherry/Creomulsion (sp?) cough syrup on the palate. Also some licorice. A nice drink but alcohol is a little out of balance. No thought-provoking depth.
Wonderful acidity with lots of golden apple and ginger on the nose. The pear emerges on the palate with pineapple and sweet acacia flower. Petrol component is very slight. The backbone of this seems to be a sweet citrus--lemon and some sweet grapefruit. Second glass is all tropical with lots of coconut. Delightful qpr.
I hate to assign a number to this. I think this wine is very consistent and a great go-to Rosé Champagne. Yellow fruits and vibrant acidity. It doesn't show the flowery Pinot quality until the finish. Great fun.

All yellow apple and brioche on the nose. Clove, lemon and grapefruit zest with a dry tannic feel reminiscent of cooking pears. Delicious.
